Returns and Refunds
Our products once used will not qualify for a return/exchange
Your order is only eligible for a return if the product delivered has physical defects, or an incorrect item has been shipped to you. To issue a return, please submit your request through mail or whatsapp. Please make sure you have images of the damage/defect along with your request for us to approve it. Any request without images will be rejected for a return/exchange.
If your return request has been accepted, you can either avail a product code for an amount equivalent to the order placed, or have it exchanged.
A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
